Paul Angelone
Biography: Paul Angelone is a Senior Program Manager at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). There he engages with the construction and built environment sectors as part of the Smart Sector Program enabling co-development of creative solutions to protect human health and the environment. Previously, Paul has held positions at the Urban Land Institute, the U.S. Department of the Interior, the White House Council on Environmental Quality, and the Asian Development Bank. Hailing from the Midwest, Paul has a wide variety of policy, program management, and coordination experience at the local, national, and international levels with an ability to bring people together and manage complex processes. His professional knowledge spans topics such as real estate and community development, sustainability, infrastructure, building resilience, and enabling effective governance. Paul holds an urban planning degree from Ball State University where he focused his studies on environmental and international planning. While at Ball State, Paul attended CEPT University in Ahmedabad, India. He lives with his wife, daughters, and beagle in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
